James is CEO of NuLegacy Gold Corp., a $50m market cap Nevada gold explorer.  A graduate of the University of Alberta, Mr. Anderson spent 19 years as an investment banker, then manager, with several boutique-sized Canadian Investment firms in Vancouver, Canada primarily raising money for mineral exploration.

Born in Hungary and Educated in the USA, Tamás makes his home in Budapest. An avid resource investor, Tamás has managed a Budapest based precious metals fund and is in close contact with other European precious metals investors.

Richard is an expert in public company regulatory compliance having been on the board of numerous public mining exploration companies. As a Director of Gold Standard Ventures Corp. from 2009 to 2017, the company grew from $10m to $700m market capitalization.

Mr. Turnbull is a consulting geologist with over 30 years experience in diamond, precious and base metal exploration.  He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and is a Qualified Professional Geoscientist recognized by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.  Mr. Turnbull has managed or served on the boards of a number of junior exploration and mining companies with assets ranging from early stage to advanced projects world wide.  He has played a key role on exploration teams responsible for the exploration and development of the Eskay Creek Gold Deposit in British Columbia, Canada, the Petaquilla Cu-Au Porphyry Deposit in Panama, the Mt. Kare Gold Deposit in Papua New Guinea and the OJVG Gold Deposits in Senegal.

As well as substantial local business contacts, he has an extensive network of professional contacts in the Hungarian government regulatory and supervisory fields, and has experience in all aspects of regulatory affairs.
